Terms & Conditions

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

  • A 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required before I start the sketch

  • The remaining 50% must be paid before the final artwork is delivered

  • Payment methods: GCash / PayPal / GoTyme

  • Work will only begin after the initial payment is received

Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • 3–7 days per commission (depending on complexity)

  • Delays will be communicated in advance

Revisions & Changes

  • Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch stage only

  • After sketch approval, only minor revisions are allowed

  • Major changes after approval may require additional charges

Refund Policy

  • Full refund is only available before sketching begins

  • After sketch is started, partial refund (up to 50%) may be given depending on progress

  • No refunds after sketch approval

  • No refunds once the final artwork is completed

  • If I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be provided

Commercial Use

  • Commercial use is not included by default

  • Please inform me in advance if the artwork will be used commercially

  • Commercial use fees are negotiable depending on usage

General Rules

  • I have the right to decline any commission

  • Finished artworks may be posted in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise

  • Please provide clear references to avoid delays
